摘 要:目的探讨附子理中汤改善脾阳虚证腹泻、食少、体重减轻等症状的机制。方法建立脾阳虚模型大鼠,分对照组,模型组,附子理中汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组5组。采用生物机能实验系统记录在体大鼠空肠肌活动变化,检测血清瘦素(Lp)和神经肽Y(NPY)水平,对数据进行统计分析。结果和对照组相比,模型组慢波频率显著下降(P<0.01),快波出现频率、最大振幅、每丛快波数均增高(P<0.05或P<0.01);纵肌收缩力振幅和环肌收缩力振幅均显著增大(P<0.01),血清Lp水平显著升高(P<0.01),NPY水平显著降低(P<0.01)。和模型组相比,中剂量组慢波频率上升(P<0.05),快波出现频率、最大振幅、每丛快波数均减小(P<0.05或P<0.01),纵肌收缩力振幅减小(P<0.05),血清Lp水平降低(P<0.05),NPY水平升高(P<0.05);高剂量组慢波频率显著上升(P<0.01),快波出现频率、最大振幅、每丛快波数均显著减小(P均<0.01),纵肌收缩力振幅和环肌收缩力振幅均显著减小(P<0.01),血清Lp水平显著降低(P<0.01),NPY水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 Lp和NPY对小肠电生理活动有调节作用。附子理中汤通过调节Lp和NPY水平可能是其发挥止泻增重功效的机制之一。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Fu Zi Li Zhong Decoction (FZLZD) ameliorating symptoms such as diarrhea, diet and low weight in rats with spleen yang deficiency syndrome. Methods The models of spleen yang deficiency syndrome in rats had been established and the rats were divided into five groups, a control group, a model group, a low--dose FZLZD group, a middle--dose FZLZD group and a high --dose FZLZD group. Recorded the data of in vivo myoelectric activities of jejunum with physiological experi- mental system and the measurement of serum leptin (Lp) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels. The statistical a- nalysis of the data collected had been done. Results Compared with the control group, in model group frequency of slow wave descended significantly( P 〈0.01)while occurrence frequency of fast wave, maximum am- plitude, spike burst per cluster elevated statistically ( P〈0.05or P 〈0.01), both amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction and amplitude of circular muscle contraction enhanced significantly ( P〈0.01), serum Lp elevated significantly ( P〈0.01) while serum NPY descended significantly ( P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, in middle--dose FZLZD group, frequency of slow wave elevated statistically ( P〈0.05) while occurrence frequency of fast wave, maximum amplitude, spike burst per cluster descended statistically( P〈0.05or P〈0.01)and amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction reduced ( P〈0.05) serum Lp reduced ( P〈0.05) while serum NPY elevated ( P〈0.05).
