摘 要:以红颊草莓为材料,研究了不同水平N素处理对草莓生长的影响。结果表明,不同水平N素处理对草莓单果质量、果形指数、果实硬度影响较小;高N水平降低了功能叶片的叶面积、叶绿素含量、叶绿素a的含量、果实可溶性固形物和Vc含量;中N水平提高了草莓果实的固酸比。由此得知,高N1.5g·株-1对草莓无土栽培已经达到了临界值,不利于草莓后期生长及果实品质;低N和中N对草莓生长和果实品质影响较小。Effects of different nitrogen level on the strawberry growth were researched.The result showed that,different nitrogen treatment had little effect on the single fruit weight, fruit shape index, fruit firmness. High nitrogen decreased the leaf area, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a content, fruit soluble solids content, vitamin c content. Middle nitrogen improved the solidity-acid ratio of strawberry fruit. So, the result indicated that high nitrogen 1.5 g per plant treatment reached the high critical value, had no benefit for the strawberry later growth and fruit quality.Low and middle nitrogen treatment had little effect on the strawberry growth and fruit quality.
