天津市现代种业发展约束与破解对策

摘　　要：种子是农业生产最基础、最重要的生产资料,其质量直接关系到农业生产的安全、农民增收和农村社会的稳定。研究发现,天津市种业发展存在基础设施薄弱、种业企业实力不强、组织化程度低等约束因素,制约天津市种业的规模化和产业化发展,本研究针对问题成因提出了破解对策。Seed was the most basic, the most important production of agricultural production. Its quality was directly related to the safety of agricultural production and farmers＇ income and rural social stability. Study found that ：constraint factor in the development of seed industry in Tianjin was weak infrastructure, seed industry strength was not strong and low level of organization, which restricted the scale and industrial development of seed industry in Tianjin.This article proposed measures to crack the problem.
