道真县初烤烟叶总挥发酸和挥发碱及石油醚提取物含量分析

摘　　要：分析了贵州省道真县烤烟总挥发酸、总挥发碱和石油醚提取物总量特征及在不同等级的差异。结果表明,道真县烤烟总挥发酸含量较低,变幅为0.06%～0.10%,平均值为0.08%,变异系数为14.41%;总挥发碱含量较高,变幅为0.26%～0.66%,平均值为0.40%,变异系数为29.82%;烤烟石油醚提取物含量较高,变幅为5.28%～7.56%,平均值为6.38%,变异系数为12.43%。总挥发酸含量以中部烟叶相对较高,总挥发碱和石油醚提取物含量以上部烟叶相对较高。The total volatile acids, total volatile bases and petroleum ether extract of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Daozhen county of Guizhou province and their differences at different grades were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of total volatile acids of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Daozhen county was lower, ranged from 0.06% to 0.10%, averaged of 0.08% and variation coefficient of 14.41%. The contents of total volatile bases was relatively high, ranged from 0.26% to 0.66%,averaged of 0.40%,raviation coefficient of 29.82%. The contents of petroleum ether extract of flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher, ranged from 5.28%-7.56%, averaged of 6.38%,raviation coefficient of 12.43%. The contents of total volatile acids of central leaves is relatively higher, the contents of total volatile bases and petroleum ether extract of upper leaves was relatively higher.
