聚杯[4]芳烃-β-CD偶联物的合成及对碱性品红吸附性能的研究

摘  要:1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HMDI)与杯[4]芳烃-β-CD偶联物3用投料比(摩尔)2∶1、3∶1及4∶1进行反应,获得了三个交联聚合物聚杯[4]芳烃-β-CD(PCA-β-CD),对PCA-β-CD(3∶1)进行固体13CNMR (CP/MAS)及IR表征,并用SEM表征其表面形貌.考查了初始质量浓度(C0)及温度对PCA-β-CD吸附水中碱性品红(BF)性能的影响.结果表明:吸附量Qe随C0增加而提高,吸附率E随C0增加而下降,PCA-β-CD(2∶1)在低浓度下E明显高于其余二者;在10℃~45℃范围内,Qe在35℃有最大值.25℃下,PCA-β-CD对BF的吸附数据满足Langmuir等温吸附模型.Three polymers poly-calix[4]arene- β -CD(PCA-β -CD) were obtained by reaction of hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) with calix [4]arene- β -CD coupling product 3 using reactant ratios of HMDI to 3 2 : 1, 3 : 1 and 4 : 1 (molar ratio). The structure of PCA- β -CD (3 : 1) was confirmed by solid ^13CNMR(CP/MAS) and IR, and its surface morphology was done by SEM, also. The effects of initial mass concentration (Co) of basic fuchsin (BF) and temperature on adsorption capacities of PCA- β -CD to BF in aqueous solutions were investigated. Results showed that the adsorption quantity (Qe) increased with the increase of Co, however, adsorption efficiency (E) decreased with the increase of Co. Under the conditions of low Co, adsorption efficiency of PCA- β -CD (2 : 1) was obvious higher than the others, and in range of temperature 10℃-45℃, the maximum Qe appeared at 35℃. The adsorption equilibrium data in aqueous solutions were well represented by the Langmuir isotherm model at 25 ℃.
