摘　　要：目的:合成烟酸烟酯并优化其合成工艺。方法:以烟酸为原料,先甲酯化得烟酸甲酯,然后经LiAlH4还原得烟醇,最后在脱水剂作用下与烟酸缩合,得到目标物烟酸烟酯。结果与结论:设计合成了烟酸烟酯,产物的化学结构经IR、MS、1H-NMR等确证。Objective： To synthesize nicomethanol nicotinate and optimize the technical process. Methods： Nicotinic acid was reacted with methanol to afford methanol nicotinate, then through the reduction with LiA1H4, nicotinyl alcohol was gained. The target compound was gained by coupling nicotinyl alcohol with nicotinic acid using the dehydration agents. Results and Conclusion： Nicomethanol nicotinate has been successfully synthesized. The chemical structure of the target compound was confirmed by MS, IR, and 1H-NMR spectra.
