摘　　要：针对传统PC远程监控系统的一些不足,提出了一种前端具有预处理功能的嵌入式智能视频监控系统设计方案,通过测试,该系统视频目标检测精度较高,能够满足实时监控及智能检测需求,实现了预期设计要求。The traditional PC remote intelligent surveillance system has some shortcomings, aim at that, the intelligent surveillance system is proposed with pre-processing function in front end. Though the testing showed that the system has a higher video object detection accuracy, satisfied the demand of real- time monitoring and intellectual detection, realized the expected design requirements.
