摘  要:事故停泵是危及串联加压输水工程安全运行的严重事故工况,分析了串联加压输水工程应急调度的特点,基于非恒定流基本理论,建立了事故停泵的水力过渡过程计算数学模型;以两级串联加压输水工程为例进行了事故停泵应急调度策略的宏观分析,提出了应急调度的基本原则;结合水力过渡过程分析,制定了应急调度方案。研究表明,应急调度原则与水力过渡过程计算分析结果相吻合,将应急调度原则用于指导事故停泵的水力过渡过程分析,并在此基础上制定具体的事故停泵应急调度方案是可行的。Accidental pump-stop is a serious threat for safe operation of series connection water supply project. Characteristics of emergency dis- patch of accidental pump-stop were analyzed. Hydraulic analysis mathematic model of accidental pump-stop was built based on the theory of fluid transients and the principle of emergency dispatch was raised based on macroscopic dispatch strategy analysis of two series connection pressuriza- tion, so emergency dispatch scheme was obtained combined with analysis of hydraulic transients. The study indicates that the principle of emergen- cy dispatch is consistent with analysis of hydraulic transients. The principle of emergency dispatch can be used to guide analysis of accidental pump- stop hydraulic transients and the emergency dispatch scheme made on that is feasible.
