摘  要:针对常规的预防性试验一般难于发现发电机定子线圈端部绝缘的缺陷问题,利用电位外移试验有效地找出端部手包绝缘缺陷。以某在建电厂1台新安装300 MW水内冷汽轮发电机为例进行说明,电位外移法较交、直流泄漏及耐压试验法等常规方法更能准确查找到发电机手包绝缘缺陷点,并为判断缺陷类型提供良好的数据依据。It is difficult to find out insulating defect of generator stator coil ending by doing normal preventivetest,while the defect can be effectively found out by using potential extrapolation.A 300 MW internal water cooling steam turbo-generator which wasinstalled in a new power plant is shown as an example to explain this method.It proves that potential extrapolation method is more effective to find out the defects of manually wound insulation of generator stator than some normal methods do,and it provides fine basis to judge the defect type.
