热管余热锅炉在钢管退火炉余热回收中的应用

摘　　要：钢管退火炉排出的烟气带有可观的热量,如不加以回收利用,将造成能源的浪费。如果以钢管退火炉的烟气余热在热管余热锅炉中产生蒸汽加以利用,可使钢管退火炉的热效率提高到70%以上。热管余热锅炉是一种值得推广应用的节能装置。The fuel gas of steel pipe annealing furnace bears a considerable heat , which, if not recovered and utilized , will cause waste energy .If the steam is produced by using the waste heat of flue gas of steel pipe annealing furnace in a heat pipe waste heat boiler and is utilized , the heat efficiency of steel pipe annealing furnace can be increased to 70%and above .The heat pipe waste heat boiler is an energy saving device worth extensive applying .
