摘　　要：针对船舶制造过程中曲板成型工艺,分析了不同检测方法的优缺点,提出了基于主动双目激光三维扫描的船体曲面成型检测方法,建立了主动双目视觉测量的应用流程,研制了一套基于主动双目激光三维扫描的船体曲面成型检测原型系统,实现了水火弯板过程中船体曲面的在位检测、偏差计算与显示。To solve the online detection of hull shell plate especially double-curved plate process, virtue and insufficiency of existing detection methods are analyzed. A new method based on binocular active visual and line-laser scan is put forward, and corresponding applied flow is set up. A prototype system is developed which can realize real time detection and result showing of hull shell plate
