摘　　要：论文基于复杂网络理论,以亚丁湾护航组织指挥的网络拓扑模型为实例,结合小世界网络,分析了海军非战争军事行动指挥的小世界特性,并就复杂网络理论运用于指挥能力评估提出了具体的研究方法和思路。Based on the complex network theory, and according to the example of network topology model of the command for convoying merchant vessels across the gulf of Aden, contrasted with the small-world network, the paper analysed the small-world feature of MOOTW of navy command, and provided a new method for the application of complex network theory in evaluating the commanding ability.
