摘  要:加强高新技术在军事领域的研究与应用,开展对弹药保障的研究,优化弹药的申请、分发和调拨过程,提高弹药保障科学化和信息化水平,具有很强的军事意义和重要的应用价值。文章首先在分析弹药管理系统背景、意义基础上,设计了系统的多层体系结构和功能结构,并对系统业务数据库进行了详细设计与实现;接着设计了系统异构数据转换和系统智能安装包的工作流程;然后分析了进行弹药消耗预测研究的必要性,经过分析分别选用灰色—多元回归模型、马尔科夫模型和神经网络模型对不同的弹药消耗预测问题进行了详细的研究与设计。系统经相关部门实际应用,确实为训练保障部门提供了科学的辅助决策工具,使弹药的申请、分发和调拨更加科学、合理,具有较好的推广价值。To strengthen the research and application of high-tech research in military realm, it has strong military meaning and impor rant application value developing the research on the training guarantee fund budget and allocation to make the limited training guarantee fund exert the greatest military and economic efficiency. The thesis analyzes the background and the significance of the system at first. Based on the comprehensive requirement analysis, the multilayer framework and function structure of the system is designed. Detailed design and im- plementation of the business database are also carried on. After that, it designs the workflow of the data conversion and the intelligent in staller. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the Barycenter model of group decision-making are determined using after they are thoroughly compared. It carries on a detailed research and design on the fund allocation by the two model. Later on, it implements the multi- layer framework by the method of object-oriented. The system has already been in actual application in the relational departments. It provides an assistance decision tool for the departments, makes the allocation of the training guarantee fund more scientific and more reasonable, and also has great value of popularization.
