摘　　要：分析第一合成塔上层催化剂失活原因及使用现状,介绍部分更换A110-1H合成催化剂、升温还原过程及应用情况,对更换后使用效果和不足提出建议。This paper described the reasons of catalyst deactivation on the upper layer of the first ammonia synthetic tower,and gave a review on changing partial A110-1H synthetic catalyst,temperaturerising reduction process,and the result after changing the catalyst.Some advice was given.
