摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置高压锅炉给水溶解氧技术,将原设计高压锅炉给水除氧器塔板式除氧头改造为旋膜式除氧头,采用三股蒸汽在不同方位进行逐级除氧,实现高压锅炉给水单级除氧,溶解氧不大于7μg/L。This paper described the research on dissolved oxygen in HP boiler feed water in a synthetic ammonia plant,which was to change the column plate type deaerating head in the original design of HP boiler feed water deaerator into a spinning film type,and to use three stands of steam in different directions to remove oxygen step-by-step to achieve a single-stage dearation and the content of dissolved oxygen less than 7μg / L.
