摘　　要：介绍和讨论S形和Z形钢丝在桥梁缆索结构的应用。S形钢丝作为主缆缠丝,密封效果良好,可以有效地阻挡雨水和海雾凝结水的侵入,减轻酸碱性介质对悬索桥主缆的腐蚀,同时S形缠丝适宜于和主缆除湿防护组合应用,提高悬索桥主缆的使用寿命;Z形钢丝密封钢丝绳结构紧密、表面平滑、不旋转、密封性较好,但挠性较差。国内企业已经具备S形缠绕钢丝制造加工能力,其加工质量控制的重点是专用设备、模具和镀锌后处理工序;Z形钢丝密封钢丝绳主要应用于吊索、拉索和小跨度悬索桥主缆结构。To introduce and discuss application of S type steel wire and Z type steel wire on bridge cable structure. S type steel wire as main cable wire, its sealing effect is good, can prevent invading of rain and sea fog condensed water, reduce the corrosion of acid and alkaline medium on suspension bridge main cable, meanwhile the combination use of S type steel wire and main cable moisture protection can improve the service life of suspension bridge main cable. Z type steel wire locked coil wire rope structure is compact, surface is smooth, non-rotating, sealing is better, but flexibility is bad. The en- terprises in China have the ability of producing S type wrapped wire, the key point of producing quality control is special device, mold and galvanizing post processing procedure. Z type steel wire locked coil wire rope is mainly suitable for sling, stay cable structure and small span suspension bridge main cable structure.
