平衡用扁钢丝绳选择及使用注意事项

摘　　要：平衡用扁钢丝绳虽然不承受提升载荷,但在提升系统中占据非常重要的位置。如果扁钢丝绳出现问题,同样会影响提升系统正常工作,从而造成停产甚至更大损失。介绍扁钢丝绳的选择要求:首绳与扁尾绳的重量要匹配;根据确定的尾绳重量按照标准中给出的扁钢丝绳参考重量来选择重量最接近的结构和尺寸;表面尽量选择A类镀锌,防腐蚀效果好;涂油产品所涂油脂的种类应根据实际需要进行选择;确定公称抗拉强度时要按照一定的安全系数进行校核;编织方式根据扁钢丝绳结构确定。使用中应加强对扁钢丝绳的检查与维护,防止卡板损伤、坠物砸伤、钢丝绳扭结缠绕、撞伤以及严重锈蚀等,确保提升系统的安全。Although flat rope don＇ t bear lifting load, it occupy very important position in lifting system, if the rope go wrong, it can affect lifting system to cause stop producing, even more loss. The selection requirements are introduced： the weight of front rope matched with that of tail rope; according to confirmed tail rope weight and the reference weight given by standard to select structure and size with proximal weight; to select A class galvanizing rope as far as possible, for its good anticorrosion effect; according to practical demands to choose greases for needing oiled products; according to certain safety coefficient to check as confirming normal tensile strength; braid mode according to fiat rope structure to determine. Strengthening flat rope checking and maintaining in use, to prevent locking plate damage, injured by falling objects, wire rope winding with twist together, crush injure and serious corrosion, assure lifting system safety.
