摘　　要：对参加"2013年中国金融工程学年会暨金融工程与风险管理论坛"的学者就金融工程理论与实践发展、教学改革与学科建设,以及相关金融领域的热点问题与理论前沿的研讨进行整理总结,以期对我国金融工程学乃至金融学发展与高层次金融人才培养提供指导与借鉴。This essay is a summary about the speeches and discussions on the development of financial engineering theories and practices, teaching reformation and construction of disciplines, as well as the hot issues related to the financial sectors and the frontier of financial theories, delivered in Chinese Financial Engineering Annual Meeting 2013 and Financial Engineering ＆ Risk Management Forum. Meanwhile, the essay provides suggestions and guidance on the development of financial engineering, fi- nance disciplines and talents cultivation
