摘  要:建立基于在线监测信息的电力元件时变停运模型是实现状态检修的关键技术工作之一。提出一种可应用于状态检修的马尔可夫停运模型,并分析完全维修、不完全维修和最小维修3种维修模式下模型特性,在此基础上提出一种可以涵盖各种维修模式的综合时变停运模型。进一步讨论元件随机模型加入确定性计划检修事件后的可用度表达式。算例证明,所提模型可以计及不同检修模式和计划检修对设备可用度的影响,为后续状态检修中的风险评估和检修决策打下了基础。For condition-based maintenance (CBM), time-varying component outage model considering the condition monitoring data is the indispensable to evaluate the components' availability. A three-stage Markov process based outage model was proposed and the characteristics of the outage models on different repair modes, such as perfect repair, imperfect repair and minimal repair, were analyzed, followed by a general model accommodating all these kinds of repair mode. Based on the random outage model, the component's availability formula considering both the impact of preventive maintenance schedule and the maintenance after a random failure was derived, and followed by some practical examples which showed the efficiency of the model. The model proposed in this paper is applicable to the risk assessment and condition-based maintenance in power system.
