摘  要:目前,常用木材化学防腐剂会给环境带来很重的负担,尽快研发出绿色环保的木材防腐剂显得尤为重要。选用纯天然的中草药配制成木材防腐剂是针对目前化学防腐剂的环境问题提出的,通过FTIR研究四种对木材白腐菌有抑制作用的中药的活性成分,从而为制备绿色环保木材防腐剂提供理论依据。根据蛇床子、苦参、连翘、黄连4种中药中有效成分的不同性质,使用不同的有机溶剂萃取其中的有效成分,通过红外光谱和其中有效成分含量的测定来确定中药当中能够起到抑菌的具体成分。得到以下的结论:在蛇床子当中能够起到抑制白腐菌作用的成分为蛇床子素;苦参有效成分当中,能够起到抑菌作用的为苦参碱;黄连当中能够起到抑菌作用的有两种成分,一种为盐酸小檗碱,另一种为巴马丁等的混合物,对此有待于以后进一步的研究;连翘当中能够起到抑制白腐菌作用的主要为连翘苷。At present, wood chemical preservatives, which used commonly, can cause environmental pollution. As soon as possible to develop environmentally friendly wood preservatives is particularly important. Using the natural herbs to prepared wood preservatives, and we used FTIR to study on active ingredients of four Chinese medicines which inhibit the white rot fungus. These studies provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of environmentally friendly preservatives. According to the different ingredients of Cnidium monnieri, flavescens, Forsythia, Coptis, we used different organic to solvent the active ingredient. By infrared spectroscopy and determination of active ingredient to determine the antibacterial medicine which can play a specific component, the following conclusions: In Cnidinm that the osthole can play the role of suppression of white rot fimgi; In Flavescens that the matrine can play the role; There have two components can play the role of suppression of white rot fungi: one is the hydrochloride, the other is a mixture of palmatine which need to be more study; In Forsythia, which can play the role of suppression of white rot fimgi is forsythin.
