摘　　要：利用整合度高的SooPat专利数据搜索引擎,采用其自主开发的专利分析系统,对国内OLED照明技术领域的相关专利数据进行检索、分析和归纳总结。从专利申请总量、申请审查周期、重点专利技术和专利申请人等方面对OLED照明技术专利进行分析总结,从专利技术成果这一客观角度评价我国目前OLED照明技术的发展水平,为国内OLED照明技术的研发和专利布局提供有力参考。Based on the highly integrated patent searching engine SooPat and its self-developed system for patent analysis, the retrieval, analysis and summary of patents on OLED illuminating technology were presented in this paper. Then from the perspective of application amount, examination period, key technology and patent applicants, the developmental level of domestic OLED illuminating technology was also objectively evaluated, which makes it a powerful reference for the research and patent layout of the domestic OLED illuminating technology.
