摘　　要：本文以日亚在国内外的LED专利申请数据为分析样本,从申请量、申请时间、申请地区、涉及领域等方面剖析了日亚在全球和中国的LED专利技术发展情况,以期对LED业界更好的认识形势和把握方向有一定的参考作用,并有效规避LED知识产权侵权风险。In this paper, Nichia＇ s patent applications in domestic and global were used as samples to analyze Niehia＇ s patented LED technology developments globally and in China, from applications amount, date, application areas and relating fields, et al. , in order to provide certain reference for industry to have better understanding the .current situation, and grasp the direction, and avoid the risk of infringement of intellectual property rights.
