社区综合干预防复吸质量控制模式探讨

摘　　要：目的獉獉:建立社区生物-社会-心理综合防复吸质量控制模式,探索该模式对毒品依赖者综合防复吸的影响。方法獉獉:通过专家咨询法制定质量控制体系及运行模式,从正在实施社区生物-社会-心理综合防复吸干预的四川省乐山市市中区中选择7个社区作为试验社区,其余27个社区作为对照社区;试验社区采用本研究制定的质控模式、对照社区采用常规质量控制方法,比较试验社区和对照社区防复吸效果。结果獉獉:试验社区研究对象的半年复吸率为64.0%,一年复吸率为82.0%,对照社区为84.0%和93.6%,差异均有统计学意义;试验社区研究对象中52.0%参加美沙酮维持治疗,高于对照社区的25.5%,差异有统计学意义;试验社区有多位研究对象成功实现自助自救。结论獉獉:社区综合干预模式的防复吸效果较好,而在项目中严格执行科学、合理、操作性强的质量控制将进一步提高干预效果。Object/ve：To establish a quality control model for Bio -Psycho -Social integrative intervention for relapse prevention based in community, and explore the effect of this model on relapse intervention. Methods：After the quality control model established by experts consultation, we applied this model in 7 communities of ShiZhong administrative area, Leshan, SiChuan province, and other 27 communities as control, the integrative intervention was used in all these areas. The effects were compared between the two groups. Resu/ts： In experiment communities,64.0% of the objects relapsed in half a year and 82. 0% relapsed in a year, with 84. 0% and 93. 0% as control. In experiment communities, 52.0% of patients took part in methadone maintenance treatment, which is higher than control communities （25.5 % ） ; Both the rate of involving in compulsive isolated drug rehabilitation and death rate were lower than control group. Whatg more, some patients of experimental group begin to earn their living by their own efforts successfully. Conclusion： The Bio -Psycho -Social integrative intervention model for relapse prevention is effective and carrying out a scientific, reasonable and easy - operational quality control can improve this effect.
