摘 要:目的系统分析和梳理服务与生物制药产业的关系与影响,为当前我国生物制药产业政策提供数据支撑,为引导生物制药企业创新发展提供参考。方法对2005~2012年创新基金生物制药产业数据进行分析、归纳和总结。结果高盈利能力服务型企业不断涌现,吸引社会资本积极投入;服务型企业内生于生物制药产业链,形成高速增长的生物制药服务业;区域性生物制药服务业基本形成,各具特色。结论基于事实数据和定量分析的服务视角下的生物制药产业链模型,对解析服务与生物制药产业的关系,促进产业融合与产业转型,引导生物制药企业创新发展有重要的意义。OBJECTIVE To systematically analyse and comb the relationship and co-influence between service and biological pharmaceutical industry, and to provide data support for the current Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industrial policy, as well as a reference of innovation and development for biological pharmaceutical enterprises. METHODS The biological pharmaceutical industry data of National Innovation Fund from 2005 to 2012 was analyzed, summarized, and concluded. RESULTS High profitable service-oriented enterprises can actively attract social capital investment; service-oriented enterprise, born from biopharmaceutical industry chain, can form high growth of biopharmaceutical services ; the regional biopharmaceutical services have almost shaped well, with distinctive char- acteristics. CONCLUSION Based on the data facts and quantitative analysis, we put forward a new model of biopharmaceutical in- dustry chain under the perspective of service, which has vital significance on parsing the relationship between service and biological pharmaceutical industry, promoting industry amalgamation and industry conversion, and directing biological pharmaceutical enterprises for innovative development.
