摘 要:以‘嘎啦’苹果1年生组培苗为试材,研究了不同浓度的外源腐胺(Put)对叶片光合作用和叶绿素荧光日变化的影响。结果表明:外源腐胺提高了苹果幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs),降低了胞间CO2浓度(Ci),缓解了中午强光下PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)的降低,通过增加热耗散减轻过剩光能对光合机构的伤害。研究发现,外源腐胺对Pn的促进作用主要与非气孔因素有关。本试验条件下1×10-4 mol/L浓度处理为佳。Abstract: One-year-old tissue culture seedlings of 'Gala' apple were used as the materials in this experiment. Effects of different concentrations of exogenous Putrescine (Put) on the pho- tosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence of apple seedlings were studied . The results showed that exogenous Put promoted the net photosynthesis rate(Pn)and stomatal con- ductance (Gs), while intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)decreased. Furthermore, Put treatments relieved the decrease of PS Ⅱ photochemical quantum yield(Fv/Fm)during midday, as well as alleviated damage on photosynthetic apparatus of apple seedlings through converting excess light energy to heat energy in the form of non-photochemical quenching. The increase of Pn in the leaves in Put treatments was resulted from non-stomatal factors. Under this experi- mental condition,the effects of 1 ×10^-4 mol/L Put was the best.
