硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床效果。方法：选取2009年9月～2012年9月早发期重度子痫前期患者67例，随机分为两组：24例使用硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙治疗（实验组），23例使用硫酸镁治疗（对照组），对其分娩情况及治疗前后各项检验指标进行比较。结果：与对照组相比较，实验组改善患者自觉症状效果较好（P〈0．05）。治疗后，实验组改善肝肾功能、提高血小板计数方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。实验组延长孕周及提高新生儿体重明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙是治疗早发型重度子痫前期的一种安全、有效、可行的方法，但仍有一定局限性。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and low - molecular - weight heparin for treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia. Methods： Sixty - seven patients with early onset severe preeclampsia from the hospital from September 2009 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （ including 24 patients trea- ted with magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and low - molecular - weight heparin） and control group （ including 23 patients trea- ted with magnesium sulfate） ; the delivery situations and various indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Re- suits ： Compared with control group, the improvement effect of subjective symptoms in experimental group was better （P 〈 0. 05） . After treatment, the improvement effects of liver function and renal function, increasing amplitude of platelet count in experimental group were sig- nificantly better than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . At aspects of prolonging gestational week and increasing neonatal weight, experi- mental group were superior to control group significantly （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion ： Magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine, low - molecular - weight heparin is a safe, effective and feasible method for treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia, but it still has a certain limitations.
