摘　　要：目的:全面了解四川省少数民族集聚地普格县小学生的生长发育和身体健康状况,为贫困山区儿童健康成长提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样对普格县某小学193名学生开展常规健康体检。结果:调查对象的营养不良检出率为36.72%,视力低下检出率为11.92%,龋齿检出率为41.45%;该地区小学生的健康问题在营养不良和龋齿方面比较突出,视力普遍较好。结论:贫困山区的学生缺乏有效的保健措施和自我保健意识,学校加强健康知识的宣传和普及势在必行。Objective： To comprehensively understand the growth, development and physical health condition of elementary students in Puge county of Sichuan province, provide a basis for healthy growth of children in impoverished mountainous area. Methods： Routine physical examination was conducted among 193 elementary students from a elementary school in Puge county by cluster sampling method. Results： The detection rates of malnutrition, low vision, and caries in the elementary students were 36. 72%, 11.92%, and 41.45%, respectively; the dominant health problems among the elementary students in the area were malnutrition and caries, while their vi- sion was good commonly. Conclusion： The students in impoverished mountainous area lack efficient health - care measures and self - care consciousness, itg imperative to strengthen publicity and popularization of health knowledge for schools.
