摘　　要：目的：探讨PCOS患者着床窗口期子宫内膜CD44V6、上皮型钙黏附蛋白和促血管生成素-1的表达及意义。方法：选择2012年8月-2013年2月郑州大学第三附属医院的PCOS患者15例（PCOS组）及同期其他原因不孕妇女18例（对照组），探讨着床窗口期子宫内膜CD44v6、上皮型钙黏附蛋白和促血管生成素-1的表达水平。结果：PCOS组着床窗口期子宫内膜CD44v6、上皮型钙黏附蛋白和促血管生成素-1的表达水平均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：CD44v6、上皮型钙黏附蛋白和促血管生成素-1在PCOS患者的着床窗口期子宫内膜低表达，可能是导致子宫内膜容受性下降，造成PCOS患者妊娠率低、流产率高的不良妊娠结局的重要原因之一。Objective： To explore the expressions and significances of CD44V6, E - cadherin and angiopoietin - 1 in endometrium of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） during implantation window period. Methods： Fifteen PCOS patients and eighteen infer- tile women because of other reasons from the hospital from August 2012 to February 2013 were selected as PCOS group and control group, re- spectively, the expression levels of CD44V6, E - cadherin and angiopoietin - 1 in endometrium during implantation window period were de- tected and analyzed. Results： The expression levels of CD44V6, E - cadherin and angiopoietin - 1 in endometrium during implantation win- dow period of PCOS group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Down - regulations of CD44V6, E - cadherin and angiopoietin - 1 in endometrium of PCOS patients during implantation window period may be one of important reasons inducing decrease of endometrial receptivity, low pregnancy rate, and high abortion rate of PCOS patients.
