双向拉伸自增强PVC管材的配方设计

摘　　要：利用正交实验的方法,研究了丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR)加工助剂(K125)、润滑剂聚乙烯蜡(PEX)及硬脂酸钙(Cast)等因素对双向拉伸自增强聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材专用料力学性能和加工性能的影响,得到了基础配方。然后通过添加ACR核–壳型增韧剂(KM–300)对基础配方进行改良,并在此基础上研究了加工助剂K125和(丙烯腈–苯乙烯)共聚物(AS–869)对材料力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,增韧剂KM–300可大幅提高材料的延展性即断裂伸长率,加工助剂K125的改性效果好于AS–869;适用于实验室阶段的双向拉伸自增强PVC管材的最佳配方为PVC树脂100份、有机锡热稳定剂1份、K125 2份、KM–300 7份、PEX 0.1份、Cast 0.3份、石蜡0.5份、钛白粉2份,此时材料的拉伸强度为52.46 MPa、断裂伸长率为98.5%、塑化时间为150 s。Using orthogonal experimental methods, the effects of the processing aids acrylate copolymer （ACR） （K125） and lubricants including polyethylene wax （PEX） and Calcium stearate （Cast） on mechanical properties and processing properties of PVC compounds for biaxial self-reinforcement pipes were studied and the basic formulation was gained. Then through adding ACR core -shell toughening agent （KM-300）, the basic formulation was improved. On the basis, the effects of processing aids including K125 and AS-869 on the mechanical properties and processing properties of the compounds were investigated. The results show that KM- 300 can improve the ductility （elongation at break） of the compounds greatly, The modification effects of K125 are better than that ofAS-869. The best formulation of the biaxial oriented self-reinforced PVC pipe in the laboratory stage is that the content of PVC, organic tin heat stabilizer, K125, KM-300, PEX, Cast, paraffin wax and titanium pigment is 100,1,2,7,0.1,0.3,0.5 and 2 phr. The tensile property, elongation at break and plasticizing time of the corresponding material is 52.46 MPa, 98.5% and 150 s.
