摘  要:针对目前全电动注塑机注塑压力测量方法存在的缺点,在现有的注塑压力荷重元基础上首次提出了一种新的测量方法。该方法利用材料泊松比为定值的原理,在荷重元弹性壳体上沿径向开槽对称地安装两个平面应变传感器,从而实现对注塑压力的测量。该方法与传统方法相比最大的区别是不需在弹性壳体上粘贴应变片,其具有以下特点:①使用者可以自行制造荷重元弹性壳体,大幅降低测量系统的成本;②极大方便安装及拆卸应变传感器,提高维修效率,如果荷重元的应变传感器损坏,只需旋松螺钉去掉应变传感器并更换即可;③输出信号具有良好的线性;④需要使用者自行标定。Aiming at the weakness of injection pressure measurement of all-electric injection machine at present, a new method of measuring injection pressure on the basis of traditional injection pressure load cell was proposed. This new method was that two plane strain sensors were symmetrically installed on the load cell body along the radial slot in order to measure the injection pressure by using the principle that material poisson's ratio was constant. This new method thoroughly changes the traditional mode of bonding strain gages on the load cell body, so it can allow users to make the load-cell by themselves. This new method has the following characteristics :① The users can make the load cell body by themselves which greatly reduces the cost of the measurement system. ② It is greatly convenient for installing and disassembling the strain sensors and improves the efficiency of maintenance, if strain sensor installed on load cell body is damaged, the users simply only unscrew the screws, remove the sensors and replaced it.③ Output votage signal has a good linear characteristic. ④ This new method needs the users to calibrate the measurement chain by themselves.
