摘 要:在分析冲击试验机设计参数的基础上,应用仿真设计方法开发了整体式摆锤。冲击试验中5.5 J及以上能量级使用同一锤体,通过更换锤头及变换砝码,可实现简支梁和悬臂梁两种试样及不同能量级的冲击测试。对所设计的25 J能量级摆锤进行了检验及分析,全部性能指标符合国家标准。与传统的装配式摆锤分析比较可知,整体式摆锤的装配更容易,在冲击方向上的刚度更大,其空气阻力更小,打击中心距更准确。对使用整体式摆锤冲击机的用户而言,操作更简便。Using simulation design method, integrated pendulum was developed based on the design parameters analysis of plastic impact testing machine. Charpy and Izod impact tests at different energy levels can be realized by changing pendulum hammers and weights with the same pendulum body at 5.5 J energy level and above in the impact testing. According to analyzing the examination result of pendulum at 25 J energy level, its all performance indexes are proved to meet the national standard. Compared with the traditional assembly pendulum, the integrated pendulum is more easily to be assembled, it has greater stiffness in the impact direction and less air resistance, the impact center distance is more accurate. To the customers, the operation is more simple and convenient when they use the impact testing machine with integrated pendulum.
