摘 要:采用原子转移自由基聚合一步加料的方法,以α-溴代异丁酸乙酯为引发剂,溴化亚铜/N,N,N′,N′,N″-五甲基二亚乙基三胺为催化体系,环己酮为溶剂,于70℃下进行了丙烯酸正丁酯(nBA)与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)的共聚合反应。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱和动态力学分析等对共聚物进行了表征和测试,证实了无规共聚物PnBA-co-PHEA的成功合成,且其分子量分布较窄(<2.0),只具有一个玻璃化转变温度,其值为–27.35℃。通过改变单体投料比来分析共聚物组成,然后由拓展的Kelen-Tüdos法计算了两种单体的竞聚率分别为r HEA=1.505和r nBA=0.894,表明PnBA-co-PHEA确为无规共聚物。Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was employed to prepare the copolymer of n-butylacrylate (nBA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). The copolymerization reactions were carried out at 70 ℃ with ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate as the initiator, copper bromide / N, N, N', N', N"-pentamethyldi-ethylenetriamine as the catalyst system, and the cyclohexanone as the solvent. The copolymer products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Xhydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance, gel permeation chromatography and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results show that the random copolymer PnBA- co-PGMA is successfully synthesized via ATRP, its molecular weight distribution is very narrow and it has only a glass transition temperature which is -27.35 ℃. Through changing the monomer feeding ratio of HEA and nBA, the composition of the copolymer was analyzed. Finally, using the extended Kelen-Ttidos method from the copolymer composition datum, the monomer reactivity ratios were calculated to be rHEA=l.505 and rnBA=0.894 respectively, which illustrates that the copolymer PnBA-co-PGMA is really a random copolymer.
