摘　　要：针对当前基于Web2.0的图书馆聚合门户个性化不强,智能化和精准化缺乏等缺陷,结合Web3.0相关技术,指出Web3.0环境下图书馆个性化聚合门户的主要特征,提出基于Web3.0的图书馆个性化聚合门户平台基本架构,探讨门户框架的组成部分及其关键技术,以期为图书馆个性化聚合门户建设提供参考。In view of deficiencies of library aggregation portal based on Web2.0 which has poor personality,no intelligence and accuracies,this article points out the main characteristics of library personalized aggregation portal based on Web3.0,proposes the basic framework of it,and discusses the components and the key technologies of the portal framework so as to provide with reference for the construction of it.
