摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸为单体,亚硫酸氢钠为链转移剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,合成了聚甲基丙烯酸钠盐分散剂。研究了各因素对分散剂相对分子质量及分散剂对二氧化钛分散性的影响。实验结果表明:在单体用量为10%,链转移剂用量为20%,引发剂用量为0.5%的条件下,合成的分散剂对二氧化钛的分散效果最好;分散剂的最佳浓度为0.2%,其相对分子质量为1 000左右。A sodium polymethacrylate dispersant was prepared with methacrylic acid as monomes, sodium bisulfite as chain transfer agent, potassium persulphate as initiator. The effects of various factors on the molecular weight of dispersant and the dispersion proterty of dispersant to titania were investigated in detail. The experimental results showed that when the monomer amount was 10%, chain transfer agent amount was 20%, initiator amount was 0.5%, dispersing effect of synthesized dispersant on titania was the best.The molecular weight of dispersant was about 1 000 and the optimum dispersant amount was 0.2%.
