摘　　要：社区警务建设是公安机关一项基础性、战略性、长远性的工作,是公安派出所工作的核心内容,也是公安机关社会管理创新的重要载体。公安机关推动和深化社区警务建设,必须坚持中国公安工作依靠群众、服务群众的优良传统,坚持社区警务活动与民生、民意紧密结合,坚持把"群众满意"作为评判社区警务工作的重要标准。The construction of community policing is a fundamental, strategic and far-reaching job, a core of police station work and an important medium for police to innovate the social administration as well. To promote and further construct the community policing, police agencies should stick to the traditions that police work should rely on the public and be committed to the public services and should stick to the principles that community policing should be linked with livelihood and public opinions and should persistently use whether the public are satisfied as an important standard to judge the community policing.
