摘　　要：在上海城郊结合地区推行社区化管理是贯彻科学发展观,推进社会管理创新的重要举措;是适应当前社会形势与回应人民群众新期待、新要求的积极探索。在上海城郊结合地区实施社区化管理对于加快城乡一体化发展、加强社区民主自治建设、构建和谐社区等都具有重要的现实意义。The implementation of community management in Shanghai urban joints is not only an important measure to promote the innovation of social management in the light of scientific development theory but also a new exploration to fit present situation,satisfy public expectation and new demands.The implementation of community management in Shanghai urban joints is significant to speeding up the unification of the cities and countryside,strengthening the community democracy and autonomy,construction of harmonious community and so on.
