低勘探程度区域油气区块选择评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：根据低勘探程度区域的特点,应用系统工程的思想,全面、系统地综合分析了影响低勘探程度区域油气勘探开发目标区块决策的各种因素,从而构建了优选低勘探程度区域油气区块的评价指标体系。认为低勘探程度区域油气区块是否具有勘探开发的价值,关键影响因素是油气地质条件、油气规模、油气区块勘探开发的工程条件和经济效益等4个要素及其包含的35个方面,由此全面评价低勘探程度区域油气区块的优劣,为合理优选低勘探程度区域勘探开发有利目标区块提供全面的可靠的依据。Based on some characteristics of low exploration-degree areas,all factors,which affect to make decision of exploration and development's target,are comprehensively studied by means of systematic engineering.As a result,an evaluating index system is established for optimizing oil and gas blocks in these areas.Results show that the key factors include geological conditions,oil and gas scale,engineering conditions of block's exploration and development,and economic benefits.These factors and their intrinsic relationship can be used to judge the blocks in low exploration-degree areas.Also,the obtained achievements may provide reasonable evidence for optimizing favorable target blocks in such low exploration-degree areas.
