知识自由视域下的高校知识服务型数字图书馆构建研究

摘　　要：数字时代,高校图书馆的知识信息服务也要顺势而变,与时俱进。高校知识服务型数字图书馆平台就是数字时代下图书馆服务的新形态,较以往相比,其提供的知识应当是更高级的、更多元的、更自由的。因此,在构建高校知识服务型数字图书馆平台时,应秉承知识自由的图书馆核心价值,以个性化原则,隐私保护原则、开放获取原则等服务理念为构建原则,创造高校科学知识服务新环境。In the digital age, knowledge and information service of university library should be advancing with the times. University digital library of knowledge service is the new service form in the digital age, which provides much more advanced, more various, more free knowledge than ever. Therefore, when constructing university knowledge service digital library platform,we should uphold knowledge freedom which is the core value of the library. And by holding principle of individualization, privacy protection principle, and the open access principle as the construction principle, we could create a new environment for science knowledge service in the university.
