摘　　要：六西格玛管理法是一种先进的管理方法,现在,国内外很多部门都已引入了这一管理方法,并取得了良好的效果。通过对六西格玛概念和基本原则的介绍,简单分析了六西格玛管理法在高校图书馆中应用的可行性,并就其具体应用进行了详细阐述。Six Sigma is an advanced management method, Now, many departments have introduced this management at home and abroad, and achieved good results. Through an introduction to basic principles and concepts of Six Sigma, The article gives a simple analysis of the feasibility of application of Six Sigma management in university library and details of specific applications.
