摘　　要：本文以《地市级公共图书馆评估标准》为例,通过总结、梳理21世纪以来三次《地市级公共图书馆评估标准》的变化趋势,并以太原市图书馆为例分析当前地市级公共图书馆与新标准间的差距,总结评估标准的变化对地市级公共图书馆的发展与建设带来的启示。This article, taking ＂ Municipal Public Library Evaluation Criteria＂ as example, sams up the changing tendency of it after 2000, and analyses the gap between municiple public library and new criteria, points out the enlightment of evaluation criteria change on municipal public library development and construction.
