摘　　要：阐述了武汉市土地交易决策辅助平台的研究与开发,包括平台的总体设计、数据组织、技术架构、功能设计和应用效果等。平台的建设使得管理者能直观、清楚地了解武汉市土地资源利用的现实状况,并能快速实现各类查询、统计、分析和辅助决策等功能,为武汉市土地管理部门提供了一个现势性强、功能丰富的地理信息系统平台,实现了对土地资源的科学、高效管理。This paper discusses the research and development of Wuhan land transactions decision and Assistant platform,including system design,data management,technical architecture,functional design and application effect of the platform.The construction of this platform make the managers master the current situation of Wuhan land resource intuitively and clearly,and can achieve various query,statistics,analysis and decision assistant function.It provide a highly realism and full-featured GIS platform for the management department of Wuhan land resource,and make the management of land resources more scientific.and more efficient.
