摘  要:目的:研究黄芪甲苷对免疫低下糖尿病大鼠的影响。方法:SD大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素1次,环磷酰胺3次,造成免疫低下糖尿病模型动物,持续给药4周后,腹主动脉取血,分离血清,测定血糖、血常规、IgG、IL-2、INS水平,并进行胰腺组织形态学观察及胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)的检测。结果:免疫低下糖尿病动物模型造模成功,黄芪甲苷各剂量组的各项指标均有所改善。结论:黄芪甲苷可以使模型动物血糖降低,免疫力增强,是黄芪功效发挥的重要成分之一。Objective : To study the effect of astragaloside on hypofunction of immunity loaded by diabetes rat. Methods: The animal models of diabetes with hypofunction of immunity were made by one time' s streptozotocin and 3 time' s cyclophosphamide intraperitoneal injection. Then they were divided into five groups which were model group, control group, and treatment group of high dose, medium dose and low dose. After 4 weeks' continue medication such index were determined as blood sugar, blood regular test, IgG, IL-2, and INS in the blood serum from abdominal aorta, pancreatic tissue histomorphology was observed, and insulin-like growth factor (IGF) was detected. Results: The correlated index in control group and treatment groups of each dosage were improved more than in model group. Conclusion: Astragaloside can cut down the animal models'blood sugar and strengthen their immunity. Astragaloside is one of the active components in Radix astragali's efficacy of bringing into full play.
