摘 要:采用本体聚合法以D-对羟基苯甘氨酸(D-HPG)为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,制备了D-HPG分子印迹聚合物(DMIP)。通过紫外光谱法研究了D-HPG与AM间的相互作用;采用静态和动态结合实验考察了DMIP对D-HPG的结合特性及识别性能。结果表明,DMIP中存在对D-HPG具有不同亲和力的两类结合位点,并具有较高的选择性吸附性能和良好的分子识别能力,DMIP对D-HPG的吸附行为可用准二级吸附动力学方程进行描述。D-4-Hydroxyphenylglycine(D-HPG) molecularly imprinted polymer (DMIP) was synthesized by molecular imprinting technique using D-HPG as template, acrylamide (AM) as a functional monomer and EDMA as a cross-linker. Interactions between D-HPG and AM were observed by UV-Vis spectrophotome- try. D-4-Hydroxyphenylglycine imprinted polymer's binding affinity and selectivity to D-HPG were evalu- ated by equilibrium binding experiments. The results revealed that two kinds of binding sites were formed in the DMIP which exhibited high affinity and excellent selectivity toward D-HPG. Pseudo-second order e- quation is fitted for absorotion of D-HPG on the DMTP.
