摘 要:传统差压测量系统的标定和校准过程比较复杂,容易引起一系列问题而使得测量精度不高,加之测量数据以模拟量的方式在传输过程中易受外界干扰,且传输距离十分有限。为解决这些问题,文章介绍了一种全新的差压测量系统,该系统以瑞士Sensirion公司生产的SDP610数字式差压传感器、恩智浦生产的ARM单片机LPC1114以及美国MAXIM公司生产的RS-485通信收发器MAX3485为核心,其电路结构简单,无需标定,且精度高、可靠性好。The calibrating process of traditional differential pressure measurement system is rather complex. And it always causes a series of problems, such as the low accuracy of measuring result. The analog signal which comes from traditional differential pressure measurement is always susceptible to outside interference in the process of transmission, so the transmission distance is rather limited. In order to solve these problems, the paper introduces a new differential pressure measuring system, which is based on SDP610-a digital differential pressure sensor produced by Sensirion company in Swiss, and ARM chip LPCIll4 produced by NXP as well as RS-485 transceiver-MAX3485 produced by American MAXIM company. The new measurement system has high accuracy and reliability without calibration, and its structure of the circuit is simple.
