摘　　要：在非常适于监控系统应用程序开发的可视化编程环境Delphi中,把电话应用程序编程接口(TAPI)头文件转换成Delphi的单元(Unit)文件,为在Delphi中调用TAPI动态连接库(DLL)的输出函数提供编程接口.在此基础上设计一个TAPI可视化组件,把它应用于使用MODEM和公用电话网(PSTN)的远程监控系统应用程序设计中,可大大提高远程监控程序的开发速度和软件可靠性.This paper deals with a construction of a visual component for telephone application programming interface (TAPI) in a visual software designing kit (SDK),Delphi,which is one of the most adaptable to development of an application for monitoring system.By means of the adaptation of the head－file on TAPI (TAPI．H) into the unit－file (TAPI．PAS)adapted to Delphi SDK,exported functions of TAPI＇s DLL can be called in Delphi.On the base of the TAPI unit－file,a visual TAPI component,which can be utilized in development of a application for monitoring system which use MODEM and the Public Service Telephony Network (PSTN),is constructed.By using it the speed of developing the application for monitoring system and the reliability of it can be increased greatly．
