摘　　要：根据上海市“十二五”规划中城市环境综合整治定量考核（简称“城考”）工作的需求，利用．NET平台开发了1套采用B／S结构的上海市区县“城考”系统。系统采用ADO．NET数据库访问技术和多层软件架构，融合了AJAX技术，实现了“城考”工作的在线填报、会审审核、查询统计、综合分析等功能，有效提高了“城考”工作的效率。To meet the needs for quantitative evaluation of urban environmental comprehensive rehabilitation in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Shanghai, an evaluation system adopting a browser/server structure based on .NET Framework was presented. The system applied ado.net to access the database and used multi-tier architecture and Ajax technique. It fulfilled the functions such as filling and submitting environment related information online, joint trial and check, query and statistics, comprehensive analysis, and etc. With the help of the system, the efficiency of the urban environmental comprehensive quantitative evaluation work has been improved greatly.
