摘　　要：社区是社会管理的基石,是社会管理最主要的基层载体,加强社会管理已成为当前社区党组织的重要任务之一。社会管理的基本任务包括协调社会关系、规范社会行为、解决社会问题、化解社会矛盾、促进社会公正、应对社会风险、保持社会稳定等方面。做好社会管理工作,促进社会和谐,是全面建设小康社会、坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本条件。Community is both the base for social management and basic vehicle for social management. The important task for the community party organization is to strengthen the social management. The basic task for the social management includes the coordination of social relation, regularization of social conduct, solu- tion to social problems, mediation of social conflict, promotion of social justice, dealing with social risk and keeping social stability. Conducting the social management is to promote the social harmony and construction of better - off society and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.
