摘　　要：转型社会中的大学在外部发展环境急剧变化的同时,内部的关系危机也在加剧。相对于学校的高度组织化,在坚持组织治理,坚守任务目标的同时,强化大学院(系)部的初级群体属性,发展初级社会关系,是实现高等教育和谐发展,践行大学使命,达成高等教育任务目标的基础性工程。With social transformation in the rapidly changing external environment for development at the same time,the relationship between the internal crisis is widening.Comparing with the high degree organization of the school.Inder to persist in organizations governance,uphold the goals at the same time,strengthen the department of the University of the primary groups attribute,reconstructing of primary social relations is the foundation works for practicing the mission of University and completing the target of higher education.
