摘　　要：以安徽大学图书馆中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)数据库为原始文献来源,检索词"篇名"="协同创新",时间为1998-2011年,分析所获60篇文献的发表年份、期刊分布,重点梳理协同创新的基础理论、内外环境、组织结构系统、绩效分析等方面的进展,最后归纳协同创新研究之不足及展望。The paper made a statistical analysis on synergy innovation of the relevant literature sourced from Chinese social science citation index （CSSCI） database of Anhui university library, with the key words of ＂ title＂ = ＂ collaborative in- novation＂ and the period of 1998 -2011. Then, the paper analyzed the sourced 60 articles in distribution of years and re- search fields. It is the key content to analyze the new development of synergy - innovation＇ s the basic theory, internal and external environment, the system of organizational structure, distribution of performance etc. In the end, the weakness and the future expectation of synergy - innovation researches are given.
