摘 要:讨论防爆起重机轮轨摩擦危险爆炸引燃源,指出轮轨接触相对运动产生的高温表面或者摩擦火花,是潜在的爆炸引燃源;通过轮轨摩擦接触理论的分析,指出轮轨摩擦爆炸引燃源的产生和轮轨接触情况、载重、运行速度、摩擦系数等有关;通过对防爆起重机运行过程中存在的7种工况的分析,确定防爆起重机原地打滑、发生啃轨、过轨道接缝处和刹车抱死向前全滑动4种工况时易产生爆炸。The wheelrail friction explosion ignition sources of explosionproof cranes were discussed, and the factors causing explosion ignition sources were analyzed based on wheelrail friction contact theory. It is shown that the hot sur faces or friction spark caused by the relative motion of wheelrail contact is a potential explosion ignition source, and the generation of friction wheel and rail explosion ignition source has a relation with the wheelrail contact conditions, load, speed, friction coefficient and so on. The existing seven kinds of working conditions of explosionproof cranes were ana lyzed, four kinds of working conditions which was easy to produce an explosion were determined, they were when explosion proof cranes running in skidding, in rail gnawing, in brakes locking and passing rail joint.
